About Us

First Choice Homecare, Inc. was founded in 1998 and has been located in
Broadview Hts., Ohio since its inception. Started by Wayne and Mary
Meyer with the only intention to treat patients as they deserve and not
like a number. Wayne and Mary have over 3 decades in the medical and
homecare fields. Together with his staff, including Respiratory
Therapists, Nurses, and experienced office staff, FCHC brings past
successes to a new level to achieve the best outcomes for all patients. We
are a Medicare provider and accept many local and national insurances.
As always, billing to Medicare and Private insurances is done by FCHC.

Our hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M Monday through Friday. We are
also on call 24 hours day 7 days a week for our patients who have
equipment problems and emergency's . During daytime hours, you will
speak to a live patient service representative, you will not be answered
by a voice messaging system.
